BEST FOOD TO EAT BEFORE AND AFTER WORKOUT!
The following foods are the best to eat before and after exercise:
BEFORE WORKING OUT:
*Fruits and vegetables high in fibre, like bananas, apples, berries, and carrots
*Muesli, brown rice and whole grain bread are examples of whole grain carbs.
*Foods high in protein yet low in fat, such as chicken, fish, tofu, or lentils.
* Cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt,butter or nuts.
AFTER WORKOUT:
*Sources of low-fat protein, such as beans, eggs, or grilled chicken
*Carbohydrates made from whole grains, such as quinoa or brown rice
*Vegetables or leafy greens
*Smoothies or shakes containing protein, fruit, and skim milk
*Fruit or nuts combined with Greek yoghurt.
